This website describes services offered by Smart Clean, an owner-run commercial janitorial company serving Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley.

Nothing on this site is a binding quote. Pricing published here describes market bands for the Los Angeles area and is provided for context. Your price is the written scope and price we issue after a walkthrough, and it is the document that governs your service.

Service agreements are month to month unless a written scope says otherwise, with 30 days' notice required from either side.

Credentials described on this site — bonding, insurance, registration and training — are supplied in documentation on request, before you sign an agreement.
