How this service runs
Walkthrough
We come to the building, usually within a few days of your call. We look at square footage, restroom count, flooring and what your team actually does in the space — then we tell you what we saw.
Written scope and price
You get a scope of work listing every task and how often it happens, with a fixed monthly price and the schedule. If something in your scope is unnecessary for your building, we will tell you.
Crew assignment
The same supervisor and the same crew are assigned to your site. They are trained on your checklist before the first shift, and briefed in English or Spanish — whichever your team speaks.
Signed log and QA inspections
After every visit the crew signs a log of what was done. Manuel inspects the site on a set rotation and you get the findings. If something is missed, we return.
