Aclaración honesta: California no emite una «licencia de limpieza» general. Lo que sí exige es que los empleadores de limpieza de edificios comerciales se registren ante el Comisionado Laboral (AB 1978). Con gusto le damos los datos de nuestro registro para que los verifique.

Los rangos publicados del mercado van de $0.14 a $0.26 por pie cuadrado al mes para oficinas Clase B y de $0.19 a $0.34 para Clase A. Oficinas pequeñas de menos de 3,000 pies cuadrados, tres veces por semana, suelen quedar entre $400 y $900 al mes. Su precio depende del tamaño, las noches por semana, el número de baños y el tipo de piso. Se lo damos por escrito dentro de 48 horas después de la visita.
¿Sus equipos hablan español?
Sí. Los equipos y supervisores trabajan en inglés y español, y el alcance de trabajo está disponible en ambos idiomas.
¿Tienen fianza y seguro?
Sí. Responsabilidad civil y compensación laboral. Le enviamos la póliza, el endoso y los datos de la fianza antes de que firme nada.
¿Limpian oficinas médicas y dentales?
Sí, bajo un protocolo por escrito: desinfectante registrado con la EPA, microfibra codificada por color, equipos capacitados en OSHA, acuerdo de asociado comercial HIPAA y registro firmado en cada visita.
¿Hay contrato largo?
No. Mes a mes con 30 días de aviso, sin renovación automática, y el precio se mantiene durante los primeros 12 meses.
